SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Highland Family Dentistry you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Types of Messages You Will Receive

When you provide your phone number and opt-in, you can expect to receive Communication Messages, including: account updates, appointment reminders, delivery notifications, and occasional marketing promotions or special offers from Highland Family Dentistry.

2. Message Frequency and Cadence

Message frequency varies. You will receive messages periodically based on your interactions with us, up to a maximum of 4 messages per month.

3. Fees and Message & Data Rates

Highland Family Dentistry does not charge for our text messaging service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. How to Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, simply text STOP to 512-788-9001. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
